Wow wow wow, there is so much in this video!!!!! First of all – I love new lighting!!!!! Oh my god, love love it. Second of all, I love the apartment. It looks modern and well taken care off. Even the tile in the balcony is great. Of course kitchen would be a great sign but what we did see , looks fantastic. In fact that balcony door and flooring was awesome!!! Great energy. So, what do you mean that location is not the best? Just curious. Anyway , love the place!!! Oh, before I forget, some of the balcony plants seems like low light plants. Do you get balcony sun? I hope they do not burn. No disrespect to a green thumb, just observation. Oh my god. Most importantly, while I appreciate the importance of the drift, I must say sometimes we need to nudge the universe towards your goals. It’s a balance. I believe strongly that now and then one must direct the current.😂😂😂❤❤❤

Also, oh my god I write too much, there is something very important about the stillness of the place that you are talking about. I live in sleepy city of Southern California, I know. But , with all that sleepiness comes the choice that is yours. The city does not push you to race or to sleep , but you can choose to go ski, surf, garden, opera, read, do nothing etc etc. the. The choice is there. But the is not push. There are cities that push you to a lifestyle. But some cities give you the choice. ❤❤❤ oh, and I hate carpet!!

Your new place appears lovely. Happy to see Mr. Gary! Agree so much about carpet. It is everywhere here in North Carolina, U.S. and it’s AWFUL! I’m stuck with it at the moment but warned my landlord that if he increases my rent AT ALL I will leave if he does not get it out of here. I feel you with having to be a hard nosed negotiator. It is no fun!
