9:20, wow great comparison Josh, haha. I would probably be awkward and say something even worse though. yes even with kids and I have one
9:30 I'm with Josh, I always had better results frying waxy potatoes, like red and I use yellow sometimes. Rarely russets. I love how they come out! They are less burnt to get the consistency needed. It's possible with most potatoes though. I like to make chips a lot, not just going from one or two tries!

I want to see Josh make seasonings from scratch. Like Mexican seasoning, old bay, adobo.. I just feel like it would taste so much better if you made it yourself. The seasoning is really a mystery as to how fresh all the ingredients were when it was dried, compressed, and let to sit in the plastic container for who knows how long.
The highlight of the video right off the bat? V smiling in the background near the start as Nicole and Josh joke around with Jude.

Being from Cleveland myself, I remember so many different flavors that clearly make it the great melting pot it is. My favorite was always pierogi's and polish sausages. Great watching this kids interest grow. This will impact his passion for sure!
