Been watching a few American channels doing the same and left a comment wishing there were people in Australia doing the same, within about two minutes I was directed to your channel. You are a legend mate. Who knew that woman had a concrete lane. When you have a nice yard and the neighbour doesn't sure brings down your property value. Keep up the great work.

Realtors should sell the house but they should add mandatory 300 dollars every month for yard work just like a light bill. Or builders should build homes without yards period.
