18:22 I believe it is Vetch or wild Geranium. I have a small clump here. Used t be big but has really died back over the years. Not sure. I remember it blooms ad think it is pink. Your garden beds are so Gorgeous. So full of different plants. And YES they are Coral Bells to me too.
