  1. The theatre was a Hellenic🇬🇷 invention!
Hellenes created theatre and works like comedy, tragedy, satire… etc
    Amphitheatre = amphí + theatre
    Amphí means half

Rome has nothing to do with theatre! There’s no such thing as “GrecoRoman civilisation” because:

    1. We are not Greeks! We are Hellenes!
We never called ourselves like that, this is a Roman mistake!
    Nation: Hellas (land of Sun)
    People: Hellenes (sons of Sun)
    Language: Hellenic (language of Light)
Romans named us Graecia, we never called ourselves like that.

    2. Rome adopted the Hellenic culture and civilisation! They adopted our architecture, literature, religion, philosophy, poetry… etc

Hellenes built theatres to watch the works of ancient writers.
Romans adopted the theatres but they watched battles and fights at them! The famous Roman colosseum was a place of death!
People were eaten alive by animals and the Romans enjoyed the bloodshed… this has nothing to do with theatre in Hellas!

Hellenes mocked the Romans! They considered them savages and uneducated!

  2. Hi, I live in Bedford and seen this house o Zoopla. Love the massive garden, the house is amazing too. ❤❤

  3. For me, this house is by far the best house so far. Wait !!! there is another house at Kent, the house with incredible ocean view….both are amazing and beautiful their own way.

  4. Very interesting home, thanks for sharing!
You guys are doing an amazing job of showcasing these properties

  5. Quite bizarre that there isn't a link to the estate agent listing of the property. You have the email and phone number of the agent. As if I'm going to contact him before I look at the listing on the website. What year is this? So we have to google for the website and then search for the property. Very tedious. If I was the estate agent I would require you to link to their listing directly as a condition of allowing you to view the property.

  6. A massive well dress home plenty of space and land with this property I love how Tom and Jas are always upbeat making the presentation warm and pleasant to view appreciate that much thanks again stay blessed

  7. This house is superb! Please, when you show a house like this where there are no obvious curtains or blinds, could you show us how any window coverings work? I assume there is some sort of remote control for them? I don't mind that view during the day, but I'd like to know there is something there and that you're not going to be woken up with the sun at 4.30am in the summer! Thanks

  8. Another wonderful property. This one has a bit of an LA vibe on the outside, but is thoroughly British on the inside.

  9. Beautiful properties. Love the videos since day one from Matt and Summer.
Nice to see the channel growing. More properties in the Cotswolds would be wonderful

  10. This looks like something Baufritz / HanseHaus make. These are German pre-fab builders who make houses with incredible specs. For those on this channel, will remember the few Huf Haus houses shown..They are basically all pre-fab housebuilders, on a high-end scale.

  11. Looks just like the Nottingham home also filmed on a snow day, Nice house a bit bland but a nice place, also love that Cat he will take some convincing to move out but I love cats I'll keep it included in the price of the house 😀

  12. amazing property, however the fact that it's just north of luton and the closest airport is luton airport makes me not interested at all :/

  13. A- My choices and the underlying rationales for those choices.

1- If I was going to spend over $10 million, I'd buy a massive property, like the 125-acre Coombe Park in Oxfordshire or the 42-acre Ockwells Manor outside Maidenhead or the 72-acre estate in Cambridgeshire —all massive properties with grounds for me and my children to ride, play soccer, play cricket, explore the wilderness and even row on a massive frontage on the Thames. The first two are quite convenient on the Elisabeth Line and very close to London. The other isn't too far from Cambridge.

2- If I was going to spend over $8 million, I'd still want an 3- to 4-acre property in London, like the Vanbrugh Castle in Greenwich, with grounds for my children to play or the $15 million Northwood property, which is overpriced at $15 million.

3- If I was going to spend around 3 to 5 million, I'd still buy the ugly house near Royston for its proximity to Cambridge, 6-acre grounds, and massive, wide-open, multiple indoor and outdoor recreational venues or the eccentric home in Totteridge or that ugly house 10 miles south of London for its massive, wide-open, multiple interior spaces. The Stancliffe House in Peak District is also great value for $3 to $4 million, provided it has good schooling for my kids and great nightlife and dining for me

4- I will always prefer exterior acreage, large and open interior spaces, and centrality to exterior design.

B- Exterior Architecture: I love the Hampton House, Crown Estate, Surrey and the $10 million modern, California-like, oceanfront house outside Sheffield, which also has an amazing interior. Stylistically I believe these two homes are the best, but $10 million might be too much for a property in Sheffield, unless there are good schools for my children and a vibrant city life that isn't too far.

C- Interior decor: The $15 million Northwood property has a dull exterior, but an amazing interior and even quite good lawns and gardens. The $10 million, California-like, home has exquisite interior and exterior, but inadequate laws; it is still the best that I've seen of all the properties in the UK. Hampton House also has top-notch interiors and exteriors.

G- Garden and Recreational Facilities: The Northwood home and the Totteridge property have very good lawns and recreational areas.

H- This property has adequate grounds and, since it is perched on higher ground, it has excellent views of the landscape around it, but this property isn't large and the interior palate is too flimsy and effeminate for my palate. It isn't sturdy, masculine, and elegant like the $10 million California-like contemporary property in Sheffield, even though it is modern, so I would still prefer the ugly Royston property to it, at the same price, for its multiple, large, wide-open recreational areas.

I want sturdy, masculine, elegant properties with large dimensions and sturdy and elegant, not delicate and or effeminate furnishings.

Grand properties have large dimensions; even if they're ugly, they can still be grand because of the dimensions and the sturdy and elegant furnishings. The interiors can be redone anyway, so those don't bother me that much, provided the property is large and within half hour of good schools, night life, and a good university for my children, all under 7 years of age at this time.

  14. Casa minimalista, fría como un demonio, con cocina-salon en primera planta y segunda planta , yipo apartamento 3.000.000….estamos loco!😬

  15. On the 18th day of Vlogmas 🎄we are in Bedfordshire touring a luxury modern home with some interesting architecture throughout such as the ‘tree’ inspired balcony. The property is listed with Ben from Fine & Country at offers over £1,750,000 and he will be holding an open house. The properties estimated value is in the region of £3m hence Tom mentioning £3,000,000 at the start. For more information contact Ben on ben.perkins@fineandcountry.com and enjoy the tour! ☺️

  16. You do say the funniest things. "2.4 acres. Massive amount of land here" and "Leading to the annex. That's super convenient, how they're seperate". All with seriousness and enthusiasm 🙂

  17. Loved this tour. Cat was a great touch, think there's a spot of a guest host with her name on it!
