  1. Yay! Love these plant chore videos, itโ€™s so relaxing ๐Ÿ˜Œ in time for the weekend โค

  2. Hey Melissa , treating your hoya was really hard to watch .
It is like with my Tradescantias and Thrips .
There are just so many leaves , hideouts for These animals that it is nigh impossible to be ever free from them .
So it is better to chill out and make your peace with it .
Treat it but just always be ok and aware that with plants there come animals .
Helpful and not so helpful ones .

Have a relaxed pre Christmas time .

  3. Your maranta collection is amazing ๐Ÿ˜ป marantas are my all time favorite plants. I hope mine will look as spectacular as yours one day!

  4. Love the video. If you haven't done a care video on maranta's, could you please do one? Merry Christmas ๐ŸŽ…

  5. Hi Melissa :)…I have been treating a couple hoya hanging baskets recently as well! My hoya compacta has mealy and it is a pain with all the curled leaves…I put it outside in the summer so the bugs can eat them or whatever they do and thought they were gone but nope they are back! I have leaves turn completely yellow too…all your plants look so so pretty! Love your frydeck! Mine has one leaf :(…I saved it in time though!….everything looks so happy and healthy and in place! Kitties too ๐Ÿ™‚ you are a wonderful plant mom! See you soon! Blizzard here in MN!

  6. mealy bugs suck but defintely take em over thrips! worst choice ever though lol ๐Ÿ˜˜

  7. Love the plant chore videos. Enjoy seeing the real life. I was cracking up when the cats kept turning on the faucet. So funny. Just loving the marble queen on the poles. Just gorgeous.

  8. Hellooooo baby girl almost a hour video yeyyyy u are spoiling us yess i gonna propagate to post in my mercari so im glad u post a video ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š by the way i'm drinking coffee too lol

  9. I put a dusting of diatomaceous earth in the bottom of my cash pots, to get any bugs that may fall or crawl down there. Its actually worked as a warning sign on Calathea that was beginning to get infested. Thank you for the video!

  10. Great video I learned a lot….Thanks…Love the cat turning the faucet on…lol

  11. Love your videos!- I
have a question about the moss poles. I know you are getting rid of the green plastic ones and replacing with metal hardware cloth ones. So now I see these clear ones. Which is best?

  12. Watching your plant chores always motivates me to do a better job with my plants. Love the mommy's girl. So cute.

  13. I love your cats! They want to be with you while you are with your plants. Beautiful plants!! ๐Ÿชด๐ŸŒฟ

  14. Hey! Next time you do a newly treatment do the bath method (warm water with Castile soap and dead bug – and put the whole entire plant in the water for about 30minutes , let sit for an hour or so then give it a rinse โ€ฆ) then of course follow up with systemic – itโ€™s been a game changer

  15. Enjoyed the plant session video very much. Very calming with viewing all of the beautiful plants and the sweet cats! Loved hearing the loud purring, too! Your plants and cats are well loved, itโ€™s plain to see. Thank you, always, for sharing your videos with us! ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿชด๐Ÿ’š

  16. Sweet Pea:
As clean as you are and as careful as You are with Your plants how do these pests come about ????

  17. When I have a Mealy bug problem, I pour rubbing alcohol into a spray bottle and spray my plant. it seems to get most of the cracks and crevices on the plant. And since alcohol kills the mealies right away, I will sometimes rinse the more tender plants with water after about 15 minutes. Then repeat in about a week. Sure is less time consuming!

  18. Your plants and cats are so beautiful! I'm curious how you have so many plants and your cats don't seem to be bothering them. What is your secret? I'm just getting into plants again after so many years without any… I've been keeping them in rooms my cats aren't allowed in for fear they would bite into them and get sick. I've heard so much about plants being toxic to pets. Do you have any comments about this? Thanks for such a great video! Beautiful!
