Absolutely amazing there is beauty in simplicity
The bodyshell on the wall is an early 70s, Ferrari 312PB. And I believe the big picture to be the start of the 24hrs of Le Mans in 1970.

A truly all-round disgusting house. Revolting exterior, cramped and bland interior, dull and tasteless furnishings, an open-concept home that is as stifling as a walled concept. So far, the only house on this channel that I'd contemplate buying would be the 6 or 7 acre property outside Royston for its proximity to Cambridge(a major educational and social hub for my children, just like London), multiple indoor and outdoor recreational areas, wide-open interior spaces, tall ceilings, and a large acreage for outdoor activities and venues. Although even that had a dull exterior, it still had other redeeming features. All the other properties have been utterly disgusting.

This house has been on the market for a while now and it is stunning and it has many great features. I've seen properties on 2 and 3 acre plots before but they never look as huge as the garden on this house, for two acres it feels like a lot more outdoor space than it is. The only thing I'm not sure about are the doors in the bedrooms on the first floor that open out onto nothing – no balcony or glass balustrade to stand and look over the grounds, that feels really unsafe and unnecessary especially if you have children but other than that it's an amazing property in a great location with many unique and individual features that I've never seen in a home of this calibre before. Great tour guys, thank you both for your videos.
