A pair of masked thieves were caught on camera as they stole thousands of dollars worth of gardening equipment from Rafael Sandoval, a local landscaper working in Reseda on Monday. Now, he’s desperately searching for the return of his gear so he can work ahead of the holidays. Rick Montanez reports.
