Trivia: This is one of the most gorgeous illumination spots in Kanto region for sure. But you have to pay to enter Samuel Cocking Garden. It’s worth it but you have to climb so many steps before you get there. Even if you think you can’t make it there, don’t worry. There are escalators up to the Samuel Cocking Garden. 😄
