Apple cider vinegar recipe:
1. Cut 1kg of apples in small pieces and put in the jar.
2. Fill the jar with boiled cool water.
3. Add 5 table spoons of honey and mix everything with wooden spoon.
4. Cover the jar with cloth and put the jar in the dark place for four weeks.
5. Check every few days for the first week if apples are not sticking out of the water. If they do, push them gently and cover again with cloth.
6. After one week apples settle on the bottom of the jar and on top you have a mother vinegar formed.
7. After 4 weeks you can take the mother out and use it for the future home made vinegars.
8. You can pour the liquid through cloth to get rid of the sediment. Close the new jar with lid and keep in the cool, dark place.
