  1. The offset word printing looks cool! "Squashed by your own supplies" ๐Ÿ™‚Yeah, I'm there. When I mention junk journals, I think people visualize stuff pulled out of a garbage dumpster and put in a binder. I was lucky- my Dad drew (he was a draftsman) & my brother & I have artistic ability. Mom loved to work on crafts occasionally, so we were encouraged growing up, but I think everyone has artistic ability in some form or another. The thing is to nurture it as much as possible.

  2. Sunny and his bunny were so cute at the end of this video. I have a 7 year old cat who would disown me if I brought a dog in as a resident! Love watching all the ways you do altered paperclips. I will try it. Hugs from Texas

  3. As a child we were told never color outside of the lines. Each time I distress in a grungy way, I blow raspberries and say take that for staying inside the lines.

  4. "Stuck" for three months on an island in the Caribbean…away from my craft room sigh. Taking inspiration from you and nature and using whatever is to hand. Trying to make inks from the local flowers. Thanks always for your videos!

  5. Yes I do remember being an artist wen I was little- I used to make cards and draw and a lady w diff hats and add feathers to the hat or a piece of chain along side of rim. It was fun to come up w diff ideas. I also had etch a sketch and plenty of colored markers.

  6. Love watching these question sessions. You often answer questions I didn't know I needed the answer to until you answered it. Thanks for your inspiration.

  7. Always love the chats! Yes sadly ATT wasnโ€™t ever really reinforced in my family except as a โ€œcraftโ€ like at campโ€ฆ and even now itโ€™s crazy how many people I know that donโ€™t remember the last time they created freelyโ€ฆ thanks for the video!

  8. Just finished my second journal ๐Ÿ˜Š I made a themed one for my neice. Yes, I found it much harder to create. That you fornputting all your videos out for inspiration when I look at a blank page and have a blank mind.

  9. Great video as always…. What is your favorite type of journal closure? I am always looking for new ideas.. Hugs,, Darlene

  10. Pam, for some reason I cannot, but maybe you can pause and catch a screenshot of Sunny and his sidekick. Thank you for sharing of your craft and your self with us. <3

  11. Wonderful Mom … 9 kids in our family, Dad was a long-haul truck driver; Mom never drove … but she would walk many blocks to Downtown Omaha, NE to go to Campbell's Printing Company to get scrap paper so her 9 kids would always have art supplies. She even made us finger paint … I think her recipe is still in her recipe box. We lost her at age 92 from Alzheimer's … "the long goodbye". We miss her sorely.

  12. Wow! Thanks, Pam … I have 3 or 4 vintage printer's boxes and never thought of putting some of my smaller rubber stamps in them … I did, however, put part of my Hotwheels collection in one of them LOL!

  13. Just noticed … at minute 7:11 it looks like you are buttering toast … just thought I would mention that important view! LOL … Keep up the good work, Pam … your videos are wonderful!

  14. Loving this new neutral journal. Hoping to craft along after Christmas. What is your favorite copy weight for paper in your journals??

  15. as usual this was a great video.Always learn something and enjoy your stories. God Bless your animal filled home

  16. omg your tape to remove the stamp cracked me up. My kids always laugh at my "creative" solutions. Keeps the brain young.

  17. You crack me up! I love your outlook and sense of humor. Life is too short not to have a good time!

  18. I made blank junk journals for everyone in my family for Christmas (20) and I learned so much with each one. Thrift stores became a great source for material and even used baby bankets for the filling. Material cover, interfacing on it, baby blanket and then the inside material. Worked out great. Now I feel like I have nothing to do๐Ÿ˜‚. How did you start selling journals? Was it difficult to โ€œlet goโ€?

  19. Loved this video. Between buttons and paperclips you have some really fun ideas. Sunny was adorable at the end too!!! Thank you for sharing!!

  20. Didn't grow up crafting, so it's all new trying to learn all the things. But paper calls to me – all the beautiful potential in every little piece! ๐Ÿ˜

  21. Iโ€™m loving this neutral series. Thanks for your inspiration and encouragement.โค

  22. I grew up in a crafty family and my mother taught me all kinds of things. She was like me, her biggest hobby being a collector of art supplies. I craft while my great niece watches since I babysit them and I feel she is going to grow up crafty as well

  23. Pan Thank You for the inspiration. I've finished scrapping all photos( (mine and Moms) I foung your videos. and down the rabbit Hole. I went. Kepp those ideas coming.
