Hue should just open a Vietnamese Restaurant. She already got so much exposure here. I am sure her restaurant will be a success in Singapore. It will be similar to how Masterchef Australia made Poh Ling Yeow and Reynold Poernomo’s food business famous Australia.

She such a character that u will never find in this country .She is straight forward especially in her answering of question .An answer for a question ,nothing else .Her personal presentation makes her a sincere and honest person with no hinder Q behind .Most of all her skill beats all chiefs in everyway She deserve the highest score in every aspect .A Salute to You Hue.
While Congratulations to Hue Along with the Other 2️⃣ Finalists for their Hard Work, I was a Bit Disappointed on Why All of the 9️⃣ Mentee Chefs were Not Invited as Guests of this Episode. (I Want to See the Chemistry They have With Each Other Within the Public 👀.) 🙁
I think all 3 finalists are doing very well.
They are under tremendous pressure to cook.
So one small mistake might have cause them the points.
I believe all 3 are good cook at home and able to dish out even better without competition.

I would love to try all dishes created by Hue. Esp the watermelon chicken though. I hope she could open a small stall or smth for us to try. Though she is opening to her neighbours. I dont think she will want to review where she stays.. x:
