We have been in the mobile home business for years, and thought why not upload videos about something we can relate to and deal with every day.

We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

  1. this house is Incredible just like you said "I love it" Only thing that I disliked is, in the room where the toilet and the bathtub are behind the door together, other than that, this is a Lovely Home 😍

  2. Overall very nice. More pros than cons. Needs a real fireplace. I agree with the other comments to reverse the living and dining rooms. Laundry room was a big disappointment. Love all the big closets and no wire racks! And I really love having a wall oven. I’ve never heard you mention and it probably can be customized but is there a trash compactor or trash bin drawer? I hate having a garbage can sitting out in a beautiful kitchen. Good video.

  3. This home is out of this world. A dream home for sure. The child's bed reminded me of Cullens jeep he got for his birthday. I remember he showed us all his dinosaurs in the back of his jeep. Amazing home & tour. Thanks Chance, hope you all had a fab weekend.

  4. I don't subscribe to your channel to see pricey homes that we wouldn't be able to purchase in a million years. Half a million dollars? Are y'all kidding me?

Can we be a tad more realistic please?

  5. Not a fan of the microwave over the two oven stack. It puts it too high for too many people and makes it a safety hazard.

  6. Very nice home in deed!!!! I don't like the windows that low near the floor. There is no privacy– you cannot walk around in your skip-pies. Dont like seeing the kitchen from the LR. Did not like the subway tiles around the Fire Place. Guest BR Bath tiles were better then the MBR. Did not like the bath room shower tiles in the MBR–they look like NYC subway walls. MBR windows are too low–they should be high up and start at 3' or 4' feet from the floor. Loved the floors throughout. Back porch is very nice!! Major flaw was the laundry room–it is too small–no room for a folding table of any kind or a work sink. $530K

  7. Beautiful home but it's like they were trying to cram everything on the first floor, it would of been nice if it was a second floor that way everything would of been more spacious

  8. Watched very similar former Perry model home posted 1 month ago. Different wall treatments and flooring. Had larger pantry. Also had garage. Back porch was concrete but had brick columns. Step down shower but different tile floor.

  9. This was a nice home, but from the exterior and then entering inside, I didn't get the wow factor that I was hoping for. I thought there would be wood beams and wood trim due to it looking similar to a Tudor or French European style. I didn't like entering into the dining room first, the living room seemed small and the fireplace was blah. The eating area off of the kitchen was a tight squeeze heading into the other rooms. I know it can be customized, but for this kind of money, I did expect a lot more. JMHO.

  10. What a gorgeous home! I loved everything that it offers, especially those windows! Thanks for the tour!

  11. I would flip the dining room and living room. Move the windows down and put the fireplace in the corner of the new living room. I do have a question about the location and size of the utility room, seems shunned in a house of this size. And where is the dryer going to be vented? Seems like a long way to an outside wall.

  12. I'm sorry but you talk a lot but you still have an answer to my question what's the square footage and how much does it cost

  13. Chance, could you find out about a triple wide 5512 by Oak Creek Homes? I would love to see you tour it. It was on here by someone else, but the quality was poor and dark. You will LOVE this home! Check it out! I am not sure if you can find it by that description, but try!

  14. So gorgeous I would move in immediately if I could afford it. I enjoy your tours so much. God bless you and your family, I appreciate your inspiration of encouragement in tour comments and your little boy is so cute and loves his daddy so much.

  15. A large house and no entry Coat Closet. That tiny closet by the garage I could more than fill with just my coats, hoodies, and jackets. I'd have that office made into a large Coat Closet and have a couple seats or a bench to sit at for shoe/boot removal. Make that Half Bath wider, I would not be comfortable in it and I have friends and family that are wide.

Don't need the Media Room, remove the area going into the garage area. I could use a large work area in the garage. Put in Basement stairs with the entry to them by the door from the garage. What is left would be the Laundry Room.

I'd want changes in the bathroom area of the guest bedroom and the Master Bath. Put the Master Closet door in the bedroom area, close off access from the bathroom. Make the toilet area wider in the Master and make the shower larger. More things but that is enough.

  16. Love the channel…but!!! Can you slow down just a bit? I get quezzy! 😁🤪

  17. Honestly I don’t think this is the one to get you more subscribers. It’s all flash with that ugly roofline. There were some nice things about it but it’s not one that makes you thing of home, it makes me think of “fancy” people who are just fancy on the surface then realize that they aren’t someone you want to be. I think the roofline is why this one hasn’t been watched as much as your others, I know that’s why I didn’t watch it right away, the only reason I did is because you talked about it in your next video
I personally would rather have taken a little footage off of the master bedroom and bath and given it to the closet area, they were very narrow looking empty, imagine with clothes in, the smaller closet was better than the bigger one. For me the tile in the bath was not appealing, especially the way it carried over into the shower. I used to love stand alone tubs but these videos have shown me there is no place to put your toiletries o5her than on the floor and cleaning around them is next to impossible. The floor plan is unique and has pluses as well as the many minuses. I did love the windows and the unique layout is interesting.. I hate to be such a downer but I can’t help it. I will be looking for your next site build..?

  18. The exterior is neat. I don't like the layout. An office at the front door with glass doors for everyone who visits to see in. Bedrooms in front, have to pass through the living room to get to the dining room 🤔 The microwave is so high anyone under 5'8" could get a nasty spill or burn trying to get stuff out. I do like the elongated rectangular windows. I appreciate a half bath. Again the utility room is too small for the price and it's in an odd location. The third bdrms with bathroom is nice except for the stepdown shower. Not child, or disabled friendly whatsoever. The main bed and bath are great. The tile is bright and classic. The layout of the main bathroom is particularly good. No toilet next to your clean clothes. But that stepdown shower again 🤔 Perry Homes are built good. My mom had a contract with them years ago as their main cleaning service. My mom, me, sil and two friends would clean new built homes and get them ready for move in.

  19. Not a fan of the layout don’t like a child’s bedroom in front of the home nor do I like how you have to go around the eat in table to get to the main bedroom suit and that corner fireplace throws off the entire living room not my favorite layout at all.
