I like the blue/yellow painting in your garden. What has changed about your soil that makes you feel that you can now plant into it without feeling like you need raised beds? What do you do with those flowers (Bachelor's Buttons) and have you thought of making an onion soup using onion weed? That I would like to see. Why do you do with the bachelor buttons in the jar?
Gazpacho! Cucumber, garlic, ACV, dill, some nuts or seeds, bit of salt, water. Nutritional yeast, optional. Lots of variations, of course, maybe some kale, perhaps some oregano or thyme, etc. Or mint, why not?
