  1. Being diligent with your property even if small can yield great results!

I cannot wait to finish building our home so we can focus on other homestead infrastructure.

  2. The little red building is an 8' x 10' storage for our lawn mower and tiller. The graph doesn't include all the potted plants and the contents of our greenhouse.

  3. A good livestock to keep if you have a small property(or large) is pigeons. They are very low maintenance and a single breeding pair can provide up to 15 squabs per year.

  4. Wow that's amazing. We were looking to move to a different state. We're in Maryland and we'll have to sell our little homestead.

  5. Yup. When we moved onto our 10 acre homestead… it took us 3+ years to figure out how to utilize all the land we have. You can produce a lot from a little bit of land and a lot of sweat equity.

  6. Really awesome idea for finding a homestead. We are in Ohio- we still have to work and have been looking for land within driving distance to work yet away from sheep and the city. I wish we had something like this in our area. Nice work!

  7. I just want to thank you for videos like this. It's a good reminder for folks to do what they can with what they have. I've seen folks with 1/4 acre lots doing stuff super packed in. Blessings

  8. Even those of us who have more land really only use 1 acre for these items anyway.
The livestock, firewood, barn, hay equipment and a few more fruit trees take up all the rest.

  9. Half an acre here. Only thing I don’t think I can fit is the sheep. Veggies and chickens for sure.

    Keep speaking the truth.
