you will need to build a wood shed for your fire wood if you take the bark off the first cut of the milled logs you could use them for the sides of the shed
well one thing was thin if build a table for lof about as high as the sawmill it dries a bit faster and you have an easier time getting a log on the mill
One less things to get done 👍 leads to more free time

Build a pole barn–you can put the saw mill in it and you ca store your lumer in it and maybe some fire wood and plenty more

I agree a tractor and the sawmill are necessary for homesteading. We had 25 acres in Michigan our 1942 Allis Chambler tractor with alot of equipment. Love Lydia & Jim.

i grow kratky hydrophonics and would rekomend it . there is a method called set it and forget it i used this summer. my tomato plant got 55 liters and never needed to refill it all summer. i use aluminum foil to block sun so any container will do.

Chickens and Guinea hens may help with the termites and alot of other bugs Unfortunately the saw mill is a termite magnet.
