When winter comes, people almost regard eating dried rats as a kind of enjoyment. Most of the cooking methods are served with pork, winter bamboo shoots, garlic, ginger, water and wine, fried and eaten. Especially for those who love to drink, it is regarded as the top grade of wine pairing.

    This in very innovative and productive. I wonder why isn't the rotten debris or trash burned instead of piling up or put in other areas that have to also be cleared? I see that in many of the renovations where debris is place in the surrounding wooded areas
