  1. Only until they grant citizenship to the thousands of illegals coming here, then the prices will go up and more houses will be built, but not for us anyway.

  2. Those with an LTV of +75% will have to find large deposits upon renewal as max LTV is now 75%. Once these borrowers come to renewal this will impact house prices much more.

  3. Hardly “significant,! We still have the highest average house price to average wage in the western world! Build more and stop these stupid incentive schemes keeping prices high!

  4. Lie, cheat, deceive, connive
    Buy now, pay later
Consolidate your loans, take more, give less
Drive big, eat all you can
    Survival of the fattest
    Shock and awe
    Regime change
Do as i say, not as i do
    Eye for an eye
Free money if you fall over, sue the company
    Diminished responsibility
    Everything is acceptable, as.. long…. as….. house….. prices…… don't……… crash…

  5. Sad state of affairs when most folks need a so called expert to tell you house prices are gonna fall, bearing in mind most folks can't afford eat and keep warm anyone that couldn't see all this unfolding must be plain stupid

  6. House prices to fall by at least 15% over next 3 years due to rising interest rates and minus 49% pay cut for the workers. Thanks Tories you're doing a great job. Bahaha.

  7. uncontrolled immigration will put immense pressure on housing & renting so prices and rents will continue to rise above income?

  8. The UK has lost control of its economy, its health care, its finances, its currency, illegal immigration, and its historic comparative advantage of low taxes and modest regulation. It's a disaster.
