Following the damning Independent Panel’s report investigating President Ramaphosa’s Phala Phala scandal, section 89 of the constitution must be upheld.
The panel makes some serious findings against the president, chief among them being that he may have violated the constitution.
These are grounds for impeachment proceedings in Parliament.

Mr Steenhuizen you are a remarkable man & thus us a speech long overdue. I have been saying for over a year we need a referendum or as you have stated an EARLY ELECTIONS. I could not agree more. I wish & pray your speech is heard & the people if our Country can see we need a new Government. I wish you all the luck in your Endeavors to get an early election & pray you win

They don’t speak up about the on going corruption and the slow progress made in bringing to justice the wrong . The DA seems to be all quiet around these issues. The bottom line is Ramaphosa has been ducking and diving for months and not taking accountability for his actions, it is very simple if he had undeclared funds in his furniture and taxes have not been paid on them he has committed a crime and needs to face the law like any other citizen would have to do. The media and the justice system have been handling this saga for months now with kit gloves which is a total disgrace. He is 100% responsible for the current situation and is putting himself before his country like he has been doing since he took office. I am a DA supporter and I am very disappointed in the DA stance on this matter the president has had more than enough time to come forward and speak the truth.

Tshwane not paying their bills to Eskom. The list goes on. DA governs here and Tshwane is a mess. So John, nothing changed here since DA so called took over.
