Do you have a freeze dryer? Food stored in bags for 25 years not taking up freezer or refrigerator space; not so much canning. You are so grounded for being so young. Do you have trouble with bears?

You might want to think about the chines diesel heaters for small spaces, I have one for my tiny house on wheels and with a thermostat it's perfect. So one for your chicken coup, maybe a smaller room inside your metal shop, or a root cellar. If you could do floor heating without solar, like putting a copper coil in a wood stove and maybe a small pump?

I watched an earlier video and I was thinking you are not sure your chickens or bees are going to move with you, however, you are hatching chick's, they are conditioned? Acclimated more or less same way with your bees. I am thinking you are starting to make more harder critters, and your new shop is a good place for your critters. Just a thought.
What about your canon at the lake? Are you keeping it?
You should build a wood fire sauna with shower and waterheater separate, the climate is perfect and it is excellent for the health, saves on electricity and cheap and relatively easy to build.
Can't wait to see what you do in the future! You guys always do awesome stuff so I know I'll enjoy no matter what.
