2022’s Best Science Books For Kids (SciFri Zoom Call-in)

Check out all our recommended books and support Science Friday on our Bookshop.org list: https://bookshop.org/lists/awesome-science-books-for-curious-kids

Science Friday is rounding up this year’s best STEM books for kids, just in time for gift-giving season! Ira Flatow spoke with kids’ science book author Melissa Stewart, and author and education technology specialist Kristina Holzweiss, to hear their picks for the young scientists in your life. Go to out website for this year’s list: https://www.sciencefriday.com/segments/2022-kids-science-books/

Because of the pandemic, our show is currently pre-recorded, so the #SciFri team have not able to take our audience’s calls. We miss having listeners’ voices on our radio program. We still want to hear from folks on our VoxPop app, but we’re also experimenting with something new—we’re inviting our listeners to join us live for select recordings for #ScienceFriday on the radio!

The event was recorded on Monday, November 21, 2022. The segment airs on the radio and our podcast on Friday, November 25, 2022.

If you’d like to join future live Zoom call-ins to get your questions on the air with us, sign up for updates: https://www.sciencefriday.com/articles/join-live-recording-online/
