  1. Great work and endurance. As far as the trees are concerned no trees within 3 feet of fence (they will destroy fence) try and keep trees 20 feet from the house. windows, gutters and foundation issues. The is my opinion only. Have a great day and keep up the emotional message the world needs more like you.

  2. PG Tips your a worker thatโ€™s for sure wish some company would sponsor u !!!! Well done till next time ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง

  3. You are an amazing person. I think that you should consider to cut the trees down. I only say this because the neighbors can keep an eye on the place.

  4. That is a very big job that you have decided to conquer. Do you think that maybe renting a piece of equipment that could cut right through that jungle ? Just a thought maybe for the future.

  5. Your inspirational piece in this video gave me chills. I think you are quite genuine and sweet. Love the fast speed mowing as well. Great job!

  6. I wouldnโ€™t bother with the trees growing underneath the deck , that deck is ready to collapse it already has you fell through it.

  7. Just a thought you might want to get a blade for your weed wiper. Wen your doing that kind of weeds.

  8. Some of the other mowing channels love the Oregan blade. Also, I heard a tip from one of the other channels to remove the wheel of the edger and they work much better. Just passing this on.

  9. So you have the patience of Job. I wish there were more young people like you. A lot of them wouldn't lift a finger to help any. Not saying all are bad just some. Keep the video coming. I'll always watch. From East Tennessee.

  10. It must have cost you quite a lot to replace parts on your equipment and especially for gas. What a class act doing this for nothing but the satisfaction of seeing the end product. At 21 itโ€™s frankly hard to believe.

  11. Hey man, youโ€™re up to over 17,000 subs!! Iโ€™m hoping for 100,000!, no one deserves it more than you! โค๏ธ

  12. I wonder whoโ€™s paying the mortgage? The taxes?? Why havenโ€™t the heirs done something with the property? Questions, Iโ€™ve got lots of questions!! ๐Ÿ˜‚ if you have any answers to my questions, Iโ€™d appreciate an answer. Youโ€™re the best!

  13. First things first….you are a beast! You beasted all over this yard. Love it. Second, if I subscribe to YouTube premium and don't see ads, do you get paid as if I did get ads? Also, do you receive revenue if the same person watches the video again? And have you thought about doing a gofundme to help purchase equipment? You could promote it here and FB, explaining what you do for free to help your community? ALSO, have you thought about collaboration with others doing the same thing? #Lawncarejuggernaut , #SBmowing and #AlBladez (Al is in Florida) I think are close enough maybe and are great guys. There are a few out your way respectively. I'm in California so not sure exactly where everyone is but I've seen them collaborate with each other. Good luck on your journey in life and stay special. Thank you for the content! For some reason I've became a lawncare fanatic. Heehee.

  14. Your interaction was a treat. I enjoy your sense of humor Leo. I was curious about U-Tubers make money, thanks for sharing that little insight. Your continued hard work and mental optimism will lead to your success. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผโค๏ธ great transformation!!!

  15. The houses beside it look closed up so maybe going to pull them down for a housing project as a group

  16. It's amazing the amount of work and time you have donated to this property. Kudos to the neighbor with the generous gift. It shows he appreciates all your hard work. So sad to see the condition of that house. Hopefully, someone buys it and renovates it. Will be anxiously waiting for the final result. Great job.
