On this beautiful Fall day in Portland, OR, we visit with our graceful Weeping Japanese Maple Tree in our backyard garden. Surrounded by mossy-covered rocks and stairs, I planted this tree a few years after I moved here and it has a special place in my heart. This small tree has got in its vibrant yellow-colored leaves…which means that in a few days these leave will drop in preparation for the winter landscape. Our tree is visited throughout the day by our resident squirrels.
