  1. Hi Jo,
    Good idea with the carrots!
Beautiful garden and awesome foliage contrasts. And diversity of plants.💕
I can’t believe you still have roses blooming!
I have that aster too, think it’s frikartii monch?

  2. I didn't see any other damage on that coneflower but you need to keep a close eye on it because this may be aster yellows

  3. Hey, Jo! I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Mine was really chill. It was at my mom’s house this year, so I was able to relax and cook a few of my favorite things.

Oh, yeah! This IS a great view from your kitchen window with all the textures and varying heights of the plants! The “drunk uncle” rose! LOL!

It’s so wonderful that you have so many seedlings coming up! Your garden is going to be jam-packed again soon! And yay for the carrots! I hope your cages will keep them safe from the squirrels!!!

    I want those asters!!!

OMG! I didn’t get your cultural reference, but my best friend’s sister-in-law is from France and just happened to be visiting so I asked her to translate “Nestle Tollhouse.” She didn’t know what it was, but my friend just about died laughing because she knew it was from Friends and couldn’t believe that I didn’t remember that.

Oh! I hope you have a bunch of poppies this year!!! I just threw out my seeds today. I’ve got my fingers crossed for us both! I might even try to toss out some poppy seeds from the kitchen and see what happens with those!

LOL! I love that you stuffed that passion bine in your Mini Cooper!!! And I love that it came with caterpillars and a chrysalis!

I definitely want some pipevine seeds! Are you on Pinterest? I’m on there as Gulf Coast Butterfly Gardening. You can PM me there! I have seeds for you too!
