Your review was great! I so need something like this to organize my tools. I tend to just lump them into the wheel barrel.
I do have one question: the little cape combined with a hood, is it strictly a fashion statement or is it functional? Additionally you appear to be wearing Hunter's?

I can't help but wonder whether or not this little organizer on wheels would be suitable as a drying rack for gasmasks, once you have washed the toxins off. But, for such a use, you would need to keep it inside your house.
