๐ I love growing vertically. It adds structure, interest and beauty to all garden spaces I think ๐คฉ
๐กHere are a few tips on vertical growing:
โ๏ธBeans, cucumbers, loofah, melons and most kinds of vining squash are all exellent candidates for trellis gardening
โ๏ธ Also sweet potatoes are great climbers and looks great on a trellis
โ๏ธ Cattle panels are one of my go to trellising options cheap and easy to put up yourself
โ๏ธMake sure to support under your arch if you grow bigger things like butternuts
โ๏ธEverywhere you have a fence in a bright spot, you can do vertical gardening, you donโt need a garden bed, just place your climber I a container next to the structure you want it to climb and help it attach itself. Just remember to water and feed regularly.
โ๏ธMix your eadible climbers with your perennial or evergreen flowering climbers for an even more stunning display in your garden ๐คฉ
๐ฉโ๐พ Save this reel if you found it helpful and have a wonderful Sunday ๐ค
