I'm wondering what would happen if you were to put the trays on the top of the home made hot composting bin to use the extra warmth to help germination?.

The key is to bottom water and not let the canopy get wet, I think they will be around much quicker than you think even with growing them in the tunnel 🙂

Steve, thanks for this, it is such a great idea. I now have clubroot on my plot so am now having to resort to buying clubroot resistant brassica varieties. I still have many of the non-resistant variety seeds, so I will be trying your suggestion tomorrow. Thank you so much 🙂 Tony
Cracking video Steve I must try and do something similar in my green house, I've just been given a small greenhouse and inside were some seeds the best went out of date in 2020 and the oldest is out of date 2013 and they are broad beans so they are planted up 2 in a 4" pot same as you say you have to sow to grow
Not sure how you can say all for free when in fact you had to buy the seeds and compost in the first place.
