I never touch beef, pork or lamb products nope those things will clog the tiny pipes 😯 Some chicken or turkey on occasion sure in salads mostly. My family and some friends look at me like I'm crazy because when they're eating a fat juicy loaded with sweet onions steak I'm enjoying a bowl of salad topped with broccoli 🙂
