Once the trees have reached the age of maturity to fruit, Wonderful Pomegranates will ripen about 6 to 7 months after flowering, usually resulting in ready-to-harvest fruit in September or October.
Pomegranate trees will produce fruit two to three years after planting.
They flower from mid spring into fall, and fruits that are set in March or April will be ready for harvest.
Depending on weather conditions throughout the growing season, pomegranates ripen nearly the same time as citrus here in the Desert Southwest.
Here is our first Wonderful Pomegranate harvest!

Wonderful!! LOL 😍
I'm near you in 9B. My wonderful pomegranates aren't ready yet. I tried one on Thanksgiving and it was still mostly white inside 🙁
