We saved so much already, green beans, okra, tomatoes, squash, zucchini, and peppers! This is the final lap on seed saving for this season, the garden has frosted, collapsed, and in the previous video, was all ripped out and raked over. The only thing we have going now are snap peas, which haven’t come up yet, the potatoes in the mini greenhouse, and the brussel sprouts, which I don’t think are getting enough sunlight.
Next season will be here before we know it, we’ll start some seeds about mid march or so, expand the garden, and try a few new varities from survival garden seeds! Until then, we’re taking a much needed break over Thanksgiving to head to the beach for a few days and enjoy the quiet. Happy Thanksgiving y’all!
