I keep a lovely stash of high quality essential oils on hand, in addition to herbal preparations. Not much opportunity to forage (urban prisoner LOL), but I will be trying to grow what I can to make up for that 🙂 Gardening, for me, is by itself good medicine – fresh air, sunshine, exercise and 'dirt therapy.'

A deputy told me recently that he estimates about 40% of our society has mental health issues. No limited to the criminal population he sees, but society overall. Doctors have become licensed drug dealers. Medicine is run by the cabal. Your body doesn't have a drug deficiency.

"Why is this happening?" you ask. As with the Ukrainian/Russian war, I have no doubts that this coming medicine crisis, just like the food and fuel shortages, Covid repercussions, (ref. Gates' Event 201), its terrible effects on the financial system, and rocketing inflation, etc, has been deliberately planned. Maybe it is just a "conspiracy theory" (a derogatory term conjured up to discredit legitimate questioning of an official narrative, just airing an alternative, legitimate, point of view) but, looking back at history, I believe there is a plan by the "elite" (Satanic in nature) to depopulate the world, and that there is enough evidence to support that.
At this very moment, I am looking to buy online, a stock of drugs (like Mirtazapine and Ropinirole) that are essential for treating my wife's Parkinsons Disease, without which she could not exist. Here in the UK, they are only available (free) a month at a time, on the National Health Service, via a doctor's prescription. Some websites offering them seems to be blocked from me, some need a prescription with order, but I seem to have found at least one US source of supply. At 15 tablets in-total per day, they are very expensive but, as I told my wife, no point in being well-prepared with food, water, precious metals, cash-in-hand, cryptos, household essentials, fuel and generator, growing our veg, etc, if no essential meds.

1 You should never take herbal supplements when you are on prescription medicine. A. They can counter act the medicine you are on. B They can actually make you have too much of the item you have which can poison you. 2 If you take vitamin supplements and eat a well-balanced diet you can get a surplus and that can actually make it where you do not absorb what you think you are getting. This in turn can make you sicker or have more complications than what you started with. I agree with you that we need to take better care of ourselves and actually take a proactive stance in our health care. Just make sure you do it the intelligent way. Look into all your obsessions. Choose what is best for you, not what others tell you to do. Hugs and love from my little corner of Kentucky. PS Just a example of what I am talking about, I am bipolar. I was prescribed a medicine. It wasn't working well. So I took some St. John's Wort. I got worse. Came to find out the the meds and herbs were fighting each other, so basically cancelling each other out.

I really like this channel and appreciate the information given. At the same time, I have definitely noticed an increase in alarming bait-click headlines. Words like “panic”, “alarming” “do this NOW” “This should worry you”… etc…I’ve seen these on other prepper channels and now I just pass on them. We have enough to worry about without such alarming language. Better instead to be a calming influence. Resist the urge to cause panic/stress
Stock up on coconut oil. It’s shelf stable. It can be used for eating, in place of lotions and skin protectants In place of baby lotions/ butt cream.etc. Also best to use in cooking it contains essential fatty acids that are necessary for nerves. It is alleged to help with Alzheimer’s. It’s better for frying than seed oils.
Put the 2Tbsp of apple cider vinegar in a cup of apple juice with a pinch of cinnamon and ginger. Voila tastes like mulled cider,

From a pharmacist, Adderal is almost always prescribed for ADHD. It can be used for depression but is never used for that because there are safer antidepressant medications available. Adderall causes anxiety and insomnia as side effects so it treats neither of those issues. That being said, a shortage would be critical for those with ADH D.
