Join me on a winter foraging walk in the beautiful UK countryside as I search the Isle of Wight coastal path for some delicious and common wild edibles.
I’ll talk you through identifying common mallow (Malva sylvestris) as well as letting you know what’s coming next for the channel.
Excellent video from @UK Wildcrafts telling you how to prepare dock seed flour ⬇️

Love the video dude, for the future you might wanna find out what compounds are present so you don't keep repeating the "They contains lots of nutrients" line, highlight a main one used in pharmacognosy if present.
Good idea about spreading seeds, I will remember that and keep an eye out for suitable places 🌱 Love the idea of a live foraging walk I turned notifications on!
The winter salad with dock seed dressing sounds amazing. 🥗
I’ve been enjoying your videos dude. It’s nice to see a slightly different approach to the foraging video. It’s cool to see your numbers growing. Keep making videos man, they’re really good
I'm a big Marsh Mallow fan! Glad you're feeling better, and looking forward to the live video.
Hope to see the channel keep growing. This is great stuff.
I'll be back next time to feed the algorithm like the hungry, eldritch god that it is.
