Story 1, OP should have taken pics of the vehicles in her yard and on her roses, called the police to report them trespassing and had all vehicles on OP's property towed to ruin the party of that bitch Karen. Make them turn against her for even suggesting they park on OP's property. Then sued Karen for the damages. If she doesn't pay up, place a lien on Karen's house and then start ruining her life until she moves & is forced to pay up heavily.

I would say about 10 times stronger than cat pee, as cats are now domesticated their scent has mellowed out. Pro tip for revenge deer pee smells like roses compared to fox.

The first story was hilarious! Serves Karen right.
However, having all her guests parked on my lawn, I would've called a tow company to give them a lot of business. No warning, just tow them all away. Oh and make sure to get enough business cards to hand to anyone wondering where their car went.

The last one sounds like something that myself and a few others did to a jerk of a professor, we dismantled his VW jetta and put it back together on the roof of the engineering building at Cal state long beach back in the 1980s. That professor was one of the biggest jerkwads that one could ever meet. Most people did not like him and even fewer took his classes, so having his car disappear during the night class was about one of the funniest things ever. The following year his car was put on a raft in the swimming pool, that was one well disliked professor.
