Hi friends, Its Udhaya from Backyard Garden Highlights, Hillsborough NJ ZONE 6B. I went to Lowes garden center and saw they were stocking up all bareroots, bulbs, corms & seed packets. I couldnt resist buying these beautiful bare root Peonies collection. I potted these bare roots few weeks before because the ground soil wasnt workable at that time. Now that spring has arrived and the soil is warmed up I thought of transplanting these plants to my raised bed. In this video, I’m sharing how to grow peonies, where to plant, how to fertilize, and how to care for them and also an update on how I transplant them to ground!!! Do watch the full video to learn the entire process and any tips that I’ve learned from my last year Peony planting! 1. This video was so helpful for me. Thank you so much for all the awesome information. I don’t know much about Peonies. You’re so knowledgeable 🌸

  2. Hello my friend! Oh that microphone is so much better well done!! 🙌🏼 I love peonies!! I’ve not had much luck growing them here but down the track I will try again….. they are a lot of work for a flower farmer 😆 that’s interesting about having them for many generations, I have heard they can last a long time in the right environment! Have a great day my friend, happy gardening 💐🌷🌻

  3. Hello Udhaya! As always, very informative. I have very mature peonies in my garden, the oldest about 30 years and they give me joy every year. The tree peonies are my favorites though. Your peonies will look great! Have a nice weekend:-)

  5. Haha I love that your peonies were happy even when you didn’t do anything! How wonderful! I’m trying peonies for the first time this year and really hoping that I can get them to overwinter in zone 9b! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼💗

  6. Thanks for sharing your extensive knowledge, Udhaya. I don't have peonies (yet), but they are lovely flowers that always remind me of my mother's garden when I was a child 😍
