To help encourage vigorous strawberry plants and large future harvests, there are a couple of things you can do:
• To encourage root production, remove flowers for 3-4 weeks after planting.
•Remove runners from plants to keep the energy in plants. If desired, pot up runners with potting soil and keep them well-watered while they develop roots. (Plant once roots form.)

This is so bizarre 😆 we're just starting to get into the cold part of winter and we won't be having any strawberries starting to grow for about 5 more months minimum, probably more than that 😆
