Experience upstate New York in full fall foliage colors as we road trip and camp through the Adirondack mountains and the finger lakes region of western New York State. This camping adventure helped me fully embrace the lessons of the cold season, learning to also find time and space for rest instead of hiking and swimming hole hopping all day. This video will have some of the best spots and my favorite places for hikes, swims and city walks alike. We will learn about the geology of each gorge we visit, learning how each waterfall and creek cascades help carve and shape the bed rocks into amazing formations. I was so grateful for this opportunity to travel in the northeast and gain both natural education and emotional and spiritual growth in the outdoors with mama nature.
