Garden room built where an old brick garage once stood
We’ve come to the end of this one, the rain has been relentless! little walk around for you. We have a lovely job just starting that will include halo lighting, a term we have given to LED strip lighting, flush fitted.

People are disguising steel shipping containers wit cedar, to stop complaints from irate parishioners, and guess what, the planning " authorities " are right behind them.
In any case, it's a planning free for all, because councils are flogging off agricultural and amenity land to " developers ", to house gord knows who, from gord knows where.

Im a roofer, and I fit the rubber roofs, however I donโt like the design of the trims, as Iโm in there not water tight to stop water running down the face, so I use a 3m tape. Do you use this or have you never had a issue? Thank you

Great job! You must've been battling against the weather at the same time as finishing this. Nothing worse than heavy rain when you're on a clean and tidy type of job like this.
