A deep dive into leafy green harvesting!

This is footage from a cabbage harvest in Yuma, Arizona. However, if we take a closer look at how just their knives are managed, you can get a glimpse into how detailed and specific their food safety guidelines are that they have to follow.

Since this grower is growing leafy greens in the Arizona region (which is mainly in season between November and April each year), they are required to follow the Arizona Leafy Green Marketing Agreement (LGMA) food safety guidelines, along with all other food safety guidelines required by their buyers.
