You can ferment berries with apples to make an awesome chutney. It only takes 2-3 days and lasts 2-3 months refrigerated. Nice greenhouse!
If I had twenty apple trees I would use part of the apples for Apple jelly, and sliced apples put in freezer too make apple pie.
