Planting A YEARS WORTH of CARROTS In Our Backyard Garden

We are planting a 30 ft bed of carrots today in our garden. If we have a good harvest, this should last us a year. Carrots store well and are one of our favorite food.

  1. As an artist/craftsperson myself, it was immensely uplifting to hear you shout-out to our industry. Thank you

  2. It's a cool 100゚ today here in Phoenix. I so enjoy seeing you in your warm fluffy flannel jammies and parka! 😉

  3. I have three mugs from them. One is a mountain mug from the first time you guys mentioned them. I also got one for cosmopolitan cornbread when constance did her chicken mugs and last I bought one of two ridges Appalachian trail mugs plus a leaf cup. I love them all. Amazing craftsmanship

  4. Why dont youmdo like Justin does at this time of year and follow the cows with your chickens. They would take care of the cow pies for you.

  5. Hi….. Art and Bri, thank you for sharing your video homestead chicken farmer garden 👋 bye 👋 bye 👋 bye 👋 👕🐔🐓🐥🐕🐖🐈🌱🐐🐄🎥👍👍👍

  6. Love the videos! It’s almost time to see carrot seeds here in Ohio. Can you tell me your method? It looked like you were making space with a stick and planting them shallow?

  7. As I always tell you, I am so happy for you, thank you for sharing and take care. Love to your family from a Greatgrandma in Florida.

  8. Can you build a tiny movable goose ramp with two long 2"x4" or similar that helps the gooses over the permanent fence? .. or maybe its not that good idea..

  9. A question please about video "If I had to survive on only Three Crops". Please what kind of beans. I doubt you mean green beans because you said they had good protein. So if you're speaking about Legumes what varieties please. I think its obvious I have never been a gardener. I'd be sp grateful for your response. anne.fuller@live.ca

  10. Love seeing all your kids out working in the garden and having fun. That is something that will be with them for life. And wilder is so funny and a very inquisitive young man!

  11. Oh Art & Bri it was so refreshing to hear a child say " Thank you or Thank you so Much" on the youtube Homesteading channels, I watch quite a few & unfortunately I do not hear any Parents picking up their childrens manners- I am the youngest of 10 Children & boy oh boy we were taught impeccable manners- WELL DONE GUYS as it takes nothing to say Thank You & I beg your Pardon instead of "WHAT" & learn to be polite.
Love your channel & have watched nearly every video you have put out- I am 69yrs old & find your channel just wonderful. Cheers Denise- Australia
