  1. Hi Janey 🌺 good garding cleaning .The hyacinth beans very beautiful in the the street sign My hyacinth beans still blooming it's so beautiful . Thanks to you Janey for sending me the seeds .Have awonderful day .πŸ¦‹πŸŒ·πŸ¦‹

  2. Happy Friday Janey. Looks like you've got a busy day ahead of you. Thanks for sharing and have a great weekend.

  3. If you like the mystic spires but want something that doesn't kill until a hard frost, try the Santa Barbara Salvia. It's an Arboretum All-star and it keeps it's stunning deep fuzzy purple spires as hummingbird food until the truly deep and killing frosts in late Dec/Jan. Same zone and mine are still buzzing with hummers. The silvery foliage is holding up well with these light (but early for us) frosts.

  4. Watching you cutting back your perennials I thought I'd suggest you gift yourself a battery powered trimmer. That was such a game changer in how fast that job can be done. Happy gardening!

  5. The earwigs have attacked my beautiful Helen von Stein Lamb’s Ear, too! I’ll have to try Sluggo. Have a nice weekend. 🍁M

  6. Just be careful with that road narrows sign. I would get it in writing and signed from the city council or something that you’re allowed to do that. I just get nervous if someone gets in a car accident right there they could get their insurance company to go after you and blame you for it. Because they β€œdidn’t see the sign”, or something. Not everyone is as nice as your neighbors unfortunately.

  7. Good morning! What is the name of the beautiful tree with the yellow leaves and white bark? Is it in the Poplar family?

  8. I bet the green waste crew take bets on how much will be at your address. We finally had temps in the upper 20's that took some things out, I'm waiting til this Wen, it's supposed to be 57, that should be a good clean up temp.

  9. I kept screaming at the screen " save the blue salvia and the bean pods!! "πŸ˜†πŸ«£πŸ˜ They dry beautifully and are great to use in all kinds of decorations…. Hmmm.. next time….

  10. I also live in 9b but in southern California. Inland, No water. I appreciate your beautiful garden and enjoy all of your videos. Unfortunately our water restrictions make your garden unattainable for us. Our water is very expensive. I could never afford the water you need to use. You mentioned you are not suppose to power wash your drive way. We are not allowed to wash down sidewalks or driveways with a garden hose even. But i have adapted and am now very attuned to a drought tolerate garden.
It's great to see you so excited. Can't wait for your Christmas videos. Keep up the great work

  11. We have green waste but we have to bag ours. We have very old very mature oak trees. Our leaf situation is out of control. So I think that bagging for us is way better.

  12. Janey, you are so lucky that your city lets you put your green waste on the street, and they pick it up. If I did that in my itty-bitty town, I'd get a fine! Have a great weekend! ~MargieπŸ€—πŸƒπŸ‚πŸ

  13. A nice quick cleanup before bed! So sad to see the hyacinth bean go but excited to see it again next year! Great video!
