  1. Hi Tony. The trouble I’ve had trying to get parsnips to germinate is unbelievable. You make it look so easy. Bought a fresh packet and planted some out again and hey presto 2 weeks in and there starting to show 🤞🏻. May even try sowing some more tomorrow seeing as it might not be too late. The packet said sow upto April..can only try 🤗. Love parsnips

  2. I was so proud first time last year. Pulled them Christmas eve. Took them home in fridge cooked Christmas dinner when partner asked where parsnips sxxx still in fridge.was gutted

  3. The camera quality is beautiful today. I really enjoyed watching. Please put in the description what the name of your camera is, I would like to get one. Thank you! Laughed out loud when you introduced Mabel! I have never tried parsnips but this makes me want to plant some.

  4. Top quality vids all the time anyway mate 😎😎, oh down south east England we've had it ruff too…. Strong northerly's winds 😨😨😨 this time last year I had my corn out (after growing up) in the beds already !!! My parsnips are in the 30ltr tubs this year. Hoping the lighter/stone free soil will let them grow long an straight 😎✌️🇬🇧😎

  5. Hiya Tony… I’ve just done a third sowing of parsnips… they’ll be up in no time… Mabel? Radish? 🤷🏼‍♀️👍🏻🌼🌼

  6. Hi Tony here’s a video to understand what’s going on with this cold weather. Only mention it because it may go on for a bit meaning next year also. This stinks for those of us just starting out gardening (due to current situation )since it’s tough enough to figure out how to start let alone having to learn to keeping plants alive cause a cold snap is coming. “Crop pathogen crisis/ northern hemisphere crop freeze”. Mind you it’s mainly a US discussion regarding the crops but it’s interesting and may be good to know. The guy with the cowboy hat seems to know a good bit about his weather. He has a channel as well

  7. Went to allotment today having fleeced in polytunnel, not looking so good in us 3.8 30 tubs of potatoes outside no fleece tops shrivelled up . Here's hoping still comeback. Love your channel cary on please.

  8. Hi Tony the frost got my squash sweet corn and potatoes this week I covered them with hay after the first night but the damage was done will they survive or shall I sew some new seeds thanks David Postlethwaite
