  1. Greatings from sapporos sister city Munich 🍺🍺🍺 you can check out our Maibaum at the park. By the way the sapporo classic beer is only available in sapporo or hokkaido. You cant buy it in other regions in japan easily. Its the special sapporo Version beer from same sapporo brand

  2. Across Japan, the city of Sapporo is famous for, amongst other things:
    i) 'Sapporo Ramen' is a must, dude.
ii) 'Susukino' nightlife area which comes alive during the after-hours.
iii) Ice Festival held annually in February,
iv) Hosting the 1976 Winter Olympics

  3. This city was voted one of the snowiest city in Japan or maybe Aomori. I'm really loving this city over the other ones I've seen in other videos.

  4. Check out YT Channel “ Sam and Victor” they have some interesting places to eat in Tokyo published November 13, maybe before you get your departure flight, enjoying watching your journey ☮️

  5. Such an amazing trip! I will definitely visit Japan next year and use your videos as inspiration/ guide 🙂 I am curious: what is it like to travel solo in Japan? It seems like you don’t meet many other travelers and just have interaction with service staff in stores/restaurants etc. Or maybe I am mistaken and you didnt film the other interactions. Asking because I will travel solo as well so good to know what to expect 🙂

  6. The drum game at 11.00 looked interesting. You should have given it a go, although I suppose it would have been difficult to film.

  7. what a shitty place! it sucks from the beginning to the end! they have gambling culture because basically they are retarted and the governament do nothing to halt that shitness because they are gaining money from it. It remanids me the time that i spent in Helsinki where you could find slot machines behind tills in the supermarkets. Different places and some way of thinking

  8. Slurping noodles is NORMAL in Japan Lol
it shows apreciation for food and alegedly makes it taste better

  9. You should try Moss Burger if you haven’t had it before. It’s a fast food chain, but they used to have a sign with all local and/or organic ingredients and the farm names. Their burgers have like a chili sauce on top and are presented really well (for fast food)

  10. Very interesting. The Sapporo tower, reminded me of the Eiffel tower in Paris. It was very chilly and damp there too. 🗼.Enjoying your videos.
    Stay safe..🇯🇵

  11. 5:49 will u tell us how much the steak is in one of your next videos? will u try it for us n tell us if it is worth the price in your opinion?

  12. Hey, we just got back from a 2 week rail pass trip. Same problem, Sapporo brewery was closed. Looks like we missed the cold. Enjoy your Japanese Journey!

  13. There was so much packed into that clip. Could watch your videos all day, taking notes for future adventures.

  14. Gabriel that was real wasabi paste ,all those green ones you see outside Japan are made with horseradish and colouring .
You can buy the plant and use a special grater to make the paste from the root of plant.

  15. I was reminded of my home in Winnipeg Manitoba where I lived for 4o years of my life. It was like walking down Portage Ave again! Been really enjoying your vids of Japan Gabriel and can't wait to see where you will be taking us next on the road to somewhere! lol Take care and stay safe! Peace

  16. i love it !! Gabe, right after you said that you are ready to get some food to eat AND A COLD BEER" [ 27:25 ] , there's a man wearing a black hoodie sweatshirt which we can read on the back in English yellow capital letters : NO ALCOHOL , NO LIFE

  17. I just love your videos man. Your vlogs are the closest to actually being there. Really enjoying the Japan series!

  18. I keep up with quite a few YouTube travelers, and man, just hit me how many places you’ve been in just the last YEAR, let alone your lifetime! I can’t think of anyone who comes even close to your extensive travels on a yearly basis. Blows my mind. Traveling is not easy for sure, but you’re a committed and well seasoned traveler my friend and I thank you for taking us along with you!

  19. Rainy Sapporo looks very chilly! the meal was pork bowl and hot soba, and the white soup you tasted was a Soba-Yu which is a sort of broth that comes out when Soba noodle is boiled, we usually taste it mixed into buckwheat soup or sometimes drink it as it is. The Pork bowl is typical local food! Hokkaido is one of the thriving pork farming accounting for 8 % of total Japanese pork farming!

  20. Thanks for uploading so fast. Thanks for your research and information you give us. Keep up the great work👍👍👍

  21. That is the only foreign country that looks like a foreign country. Do they have a car museum like Toyota?

  22. Hokkaido is known for the FOOD. Why didn't you go out into the countryside and try the vegetables? They give you A LOT and it's the best in the world.

  23. Hi Gabriel, what is the name of the hotel you stayed at? I am planning a trip to Sapporo next year.
