Ive been taking 500mg of hardware store borax for the last 4 years whenever I feel that I need it. Tastes like soap but my body loves it. My achy knees and elbows respond in about 24 hours. Pain just drops away. Borax also helps magnesium get in on a cellular level.
I havent got to your water structuring segment yet, but years back I made a garden watering wand. 15mm copper 3 turn helix with 2 twisted copper strip and a double terminated quartz crystal inserted inside. I left it with the garden when I moved on.
