This vlog got a bit emotional as I was talking about how and why Philippines became my home…we also walked around the city and the palengke and got some exciting fruits and local snacks, and we celebrated a birthday with my Filipino husband and family in a really cool buffet style restaurant. I’m Susie and I was born in Hungary. Although I used to live in the Philippines for 4 years, I spent an unexpectedly long time back in my home country due to the Pandemic.
2022 has brought the change I’ve been waiting for and now I’m back in the Philippines to further explore the local life and the country’s beautiful destinations, food, and culture.

Thank you for joining me on my adventures!

  6. You will get used of your new life in the Philippines. You can always invite your parents to come over and see you or see them in Hungary. My situation is the same I live in the UK for 30 years I'm used to it now but always want to see my family in the Philippines…
