  1. Looking forward to this one. I have the entire family eating them since I started growing them. My son loves them raw with blue cheese when they are less than 2 inches long. Sauteed in olive oil and light garlic salt Air Fried. Split and baked. I've even used the seeds in the overgrown okra as peas in stews. I was having serious breathing issues after 19. I was on all kinds of Asthma medication. For the passed year and half Okra has been a main part of my diet because of it's high anti-inflammatory properties of vitamin C. I haven't taken asthma medication in over a year. Get this, you can also use it as a non caffeine coffee substitute. You had me digging through my notes for this one. 🤓

  2. This video is super informative. I’ve never seen an okra flower or knew it’s great health benefits. It’s so stunning in your back yard. I love those little cute flowers.💜💜💜 Stay safe.

  3. When you speak about the fungi, chlorophyll, and sun… makes me wish I’d paid attention in Science class 😃😊 I pay attention now and I’ve learned so much from your gardening teachings. Thank you!

  4. Notice the okra flowers blossom just like the Jamaican sorrel. And they both have the same health benefits. The seeds of the sorrel and the okra taste very similar
