  1. Wow Jason, your Fall garden looks amazing. It’s a great feeling to get that dirt between your fingers & then watch your crop grow😊 Here in Australia we just call it Autumn & arugula we call rocket, which is very popular. Asian greens are very popular as well. I live in a subtropical climate on the coast, we are fortunate to be able to grow just about anything here. Take care & cheers 🐨🦘🥰

  2. I grow salad green blend (rare seeds aka: Baker’s Creek) in dishpans, indoors, during the long winter months in Minnesota. I have been successful without using grow lights by utilizing a south facing sunny window but now I use grow lights. I put them in a cabinet now because my kitties thought the greens where yummy too😂 I plant 2-3 pans and cut one then the next and by the time I cut the second the first is ready to harvest from again. Fresh greens all winter ❤ -50* F and all, we enjoy delicious, nutritious salads without going to the grocery store ❤ also 😊 just ordered my shiny new freeze dryer 🥹I can’t wait! It should be home next week 🥳

  3. I would love to see the whole process of freeze drying and then rehydrating the same item. If you want a video idea ❤

  4. Greetings from Tehachapi CA, I truly appreciate your Vlogs.

Keep them coming, I watch daily.

Hey there Jason, boy howdy the passion for your farm animals is nothing compared to when you are talking about seeds, vegetables or flowers your face lights up like nothing else. I had to wait until the end to learn how would be able to storage all that food you're producing, freeze drying. How do you reconstitute them?
I have no yard space for a inground garden but when Brooke mention "Greenstock" I can go vertical. Thank you so much for make this Vlog.
