Amazing🍉 Sugar Baby Watermelon Harvest in Small Tote Container Gardening Growing in Compost in Place



We grew 4 Plants in a container garden 18 gallon tote, no plant food purchased, just by composting in place, my free compost tea and 2 system compost in place bucket, that is No work on my part. Just plant, grow, water and harvest.

    I do not want to watch this!!! My sugar babies grew to tennis ball size and then, after one of our mega rains all the leaves were gone. But my 2 tennis balls tasted pretty good 😁

    I found sugar baby watermelon seeds last week and got a package. Love watermelon, but those sold in the stores are way too large for one person to eat. Now I can grow 'my' size melons

    I bought sugar baby seeds to plant in my first ever tote garden, thanks to your videos. I have a tote that was rescued from someone’s recycle bin (he only stored clothing in it so it was in excellent shape) which is bigger then 18gal but I don’t know the size. I originally picked it up to use as a compost bin then decided it was perfect for a couple watermelon plants. I’m in Oklahoma so I’m planning on trying out two plantings this year. Spring and just before fall since we don’t get early cold days. I’m so excited!

    I will do water melons next year in totes you got me started in totes in 2021 I put the totes on milk crates I use 10 and 18 gal totes thank you I have learned so much from you been gardening all my life still learning new things
