  2. Just in case karrie next time you can also just see where the plants r located in lowes the ones in the sun r the ones that do great in the sun and the ones that r in the shade r the ones that do great in shaded areas

  3. It’s looking great. Garden’s take time to come together. I recommend watering your plants at the base ( towards the ground) not the tops. Sorry about your foot 🐝

  4. What precious encouragement from your son. Keep up the wonderful example that you are setting for him. I enjoy your videos and appreciate the motivation you give. Thanks for sharing.

  5. Karrie you are doing a great job. Do not pay attention to rude disgruntled people. They are just not content in their owm life. You have inspired me to do many things. We can all learn together, if you are happy with what you have done, then it does not matter what anyone else thinks. This is ur life, home and projects. Keep doing what you do, I always look forward to ur videos.

  6. It’s been more than 20 years since I was last stung and I’m so scared to be stung again lol, sorry he got you! 🐝

  7. Turn your kitchen scraps into compost. Add that to the topsoil of your plants. I use an ice cream pail with handle and lid. Potato and fruit peels, veggie scraps, coffee grounds. Onion and garlic cucumber peel. Every organic scrap, peel, skin.., plants, fruits, veggies. I grind it up weekly in my food processor. Add water, pour around your plants. Google how to make your own kitchen compost find what works for you. Good luck with your plants.

  8. When thrift storing look for little stones figurines birds basket you can use that to put directly in your plant garden. You can spray stuff to make it look like clay or stone or natural color. Birdbath. You can stencil your walkway. It's fun, it takes time, but you will love the result. Girl, you need a hammock 🤗

  9. Hey Karrie, when you are planting your plants or flowers , roll the pot they are in on the ground, this will loosen the roots and give them room to grow more productively 😊

  10. Another awesome video.. just add some black mulch that would really make it look beautiful.. Hugs from Texas ❤

  11. Hi Karrie. I just wanted to say everything is looking wonderful. I’m not sure if you already follow him or not, but Kaleb from Wyseguide is FABULOUS for any questions you might have concerning plants!! He’s so wonderful. Check him out if you get a chance. You won’t be disappointed.

  12. I don’t I understand people that have time to be so rude . I’m so sorry .Your content is great ! I always enjoy your videos ! Keep up the great work ! ❤

  13. I love what you did to the front area with all the plants! Have you looked in to either a whole house Reverse Osmosis system for your water or a Berkeley Royal system for your drinking and cooking water? Either will end up saving you A LOT OF $ in the long run.

  14. I’m not an avid Gardener but my dad is a landscaper so I’ve learned a few things. When you plant potted into the ground make sure to squish the roots a bit at the bottom. It will help them take hold into the soil better. Give them some miracle grow food in their water every day for atleast 1 week and then check on them and see if they need some fertilizer to take off. The other thing I’ll say is when planting for optimal curb appeal don’t plant in a straight line. Spread them out in a zig zag pattern. When they fill in it looks so beautiful and natural and you won’t see gaps between the rows and they can fully grow into their spaces without grabbing the other plans roots. Remember that what you see at the top of the soil there is double underneath so they need room to move their roots. I think it all looks fantastic!!!! Love the grasses so beautiful! Can’t wait to see the columns ❤🎉

  15. Hi, there…I love to garden and here are some simple tips:
get your self a knee pad that you can put your knees on ( will save your back! )

If you get a small trawl, you can make your holes for planting a bit easier. Dig down deep and place your plant in. Pack the soil around your plant…almost like you are tucking it in to bed. 😊 Pack it tight and that will keep moisture in and make the new plant feel safe…they get stressed when moved and planted, which can put them in to shock.

I would put mulh around your new plantings and then water. 😊 🌿
