The tree which you showed after papaya trees manoranjitham not marikozhundu. It gives fragrant flowers like shenbagam tree. Marikozhundu is a plant which has fragrant leaves and not flowers. So nice of your mother to grow such rare variety of fragrant flower trees. Happy mother's day to her.

You should cover the base of the plants with mulch and small herbs and ground cover plants.
So there is no bare ground…and underground creatures like earthworms can loosen and fertilize the ground and feed the plants with more nutrients.
